The App is suitable for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. Because Urnge Basketball collects no data from any user, it collects no data from children. The App is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy.

As no personal data is collected or stored by Urnge Basketball, there is no user data at risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No data security measures are required beyond those provided by the user’s own device.

The Developer does not retain any user data, as no user data is collected. There is no data to delete, modify, or export.

As Urnge Basketball holds no personal data about any user, there is nothing for the Developer to provide, correct, or delete.
